When we confirm everything, we come to payment procedure.

There are many payment terms to transfer. TT (telegraphic transfer) is the most popular payment terms on our hose crimping machine business.

The TT payment terms is settled by means of foreign exchange cash. The customer will remit the money to our company bank account, and can request the remittance within a certain period of time after the arrival of the goods.

T/T is a commercial credit, which means that the final decision on payment is the customer. T/T is prepaid, spot and forward. The most used now are 30% prepaid and 70% immediate. This type of payment can be used for the first time and when the volume is small. However, for some countries, such as West Africa, please try not to use this payment method, only L/C accepted.

Let us explain the LC payment.

The general process for the payment of LC is like below:

• our customers and our companyshould clearly specify the payment by letter of credit in the contract of sale.
• The importer shall apply to the local bank for the issuance of the certificate, fill in the application for the issuance of the certificate, pay a certain deposit or provide other guarantees, and ask the bank (the issuing bank) to issue a letter of credit to the exporter.
• The issuing bank shall open a letter of credit in favor of the exporter according to the contents of the application, and notify the exporter of the letter of credit through its correspondent bank or correspondent bankat the place where the exporter is located.
• After the exporter has shipped the goods and obtained the shipping documents required by the letter of credit, the exporter will negotiate the payment to the local bank (may be the advising bank or other bank) according to the letter of credit.
• After the negotiating bank negotiates the payment, the amount of negotiation is indicated on the back of the letter of credit.

LC payment terms is the most safety way to transfer for both of us, sometimes if our customer want to pay and worry about the transfer safety, we will recommend LC payment to guarantee their money safety.

Also there is collection payment (including D/A and D/P), some of our long time business cooperation distributor would like to do in this way. We do not recommend to use this terms at the first business cooperation.

Also if you have no company to arrange importing, Paypal, MoneyGram and Western union are also acceptable.

When transfer and received, we will arrange delivery to customer country port.

When finish doing custom in china port, we will get the bill of lading, if customer need original documents, we will arrange express to customer address. If customer need telex release, we will send all documents to customer email.

We could arrange everything for you, if you have your own agent in china, we could arrange delivery to your agent warehouse and do our favour to do custom with your agent.

FOB price (Free on Board / Freight Board): That means when the hydraulic hose crimper put on the ship, our responsibility is finished and customer will hold all responsibility from now)

CIF PRICE (Cost,Insurance and Freight): That means we will hold all fee including cost, insurance and freight until the cargo arrive at your destination port. If it is your first time to do import, we recommend this price because we are professional and will help you all the way.

EXW PRICE ( EX Works): That means we only offer you hose crimper price, and you have to pick up the crimper from our factory by yourself and hold all the responsibility.

Also there are many other price terms, such as DAP, FAS and DAT, which we can discuss in detail when we confirm the pipe crimping machine order.

When the pipe crimper takes a long time to reach your destination, you will need to take all the documents we have sent to you before. In addition, you will be required to pay taxes, VAT and destination port fees before you get your crimper.
